		<description>I do have that new album and enjoy it. I agree about the idea of dismissing something just because someone or other likes or dislikes that thing. I do like Sufjan&#039;s work a great deal, and I love the work of David Bazan, although I&#039;ve never seen him as one to look toward positive things, every album he did, even while a Christian, was pretty down. The new one has some pop-ish stuff that&#039;s awfully fun.</description>

i used to love that semisonic album, too - it doesn&#039;t do much for me anymore, but i sure did love it &amp; their first album &quot;the great divide&quot; for a few years back then.
also, have you heard pedro&#039;s ex-lead david bazan&#039;s new record &quot;curse your branches&quot;? it&#039;s a really powerful record about him losing his faith.</description>
